The home base theatre creates a buzz with their new show, The 25th Annual Putnam Spelling Bee.
The Home Base Theatre Company takes to the stage.

Don’t miss The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, opening July 11th. This multiple Tony Award winning musical comedy centers on a spelling bee in the fictitious Putnam Valley Middle School. The show will have you laughing and clapping as these “adolescents” compete for the championship, and as they realize that not everything is about winning or losing.

The show marks the second season for Home Base Theatre, which is operated by Maple Grove Senior High alumni. Funds raised by the company go to organizing future seasons of theatre, as well as to supporting developmental resources for the Maple Grove Senior High theatre and music department.

WARNING: You too may be asked to compete, so brush up on your orthographic study in preparation for your spot in the show!
