For the second consecutive year, J Brothers Home Improvements Inc. won the Achievement in Consumer Excellence (ACE) award from the Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI MN). “It speaks a lot that our customers are that happy on that high of a level,” says Teri Johnson, spokesperson for J Brothers Home Improvement, Inc.
ACE is a prestigious award granted to remodeling companies based on five criteria: quality, responsiveness, meeting deadlines, professionalism, and communication. Based on consumer surveys sent to NARI MN, ACE recipients must receive at least a 4 (out of 5) rating on at least five surveys. Any survey containing a score lower than 3 is thrown out.
“It shows how strong our relationship with the customers is,” Johnson says. “If they call on something, we’re right there to take care of it. For us, it’s about the satisfaction at the end of a job well done.” –Carlie Hanson
