A new store with the largest selection of prom gowns in the Midwest has joined the shopping scene in Maple Grove just in time for prom season. Located in The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, GLITZ! sells not only prom dresses, but also homecoming and other special event gowns.
The first GLITZ! store opened 10 years ago at the Mall of America, and within a few years it became the largest prom store west of Chicago, featuring boutique lines not found in department stores. After much success with the first store, and with the help of her son and daughter-in-law, owner MaryAnne London decided to open another location. The new Maple Grove store, which opened on January 7, is the same size as the Mall of America location.
Their selection of dresses includes more than 1,000 gowns by many famous and award-winning specialty designers including Jovani, Mori Lee, MacDuggal, Sherri Hill and La Femme. Along with dresses, GLITZ! sells a full line of prom accessories, so it’s a one-stop shop!
