Maple Grove Hospital offers six-week childbirth education course for expectant parents.
Having a baby is exciting, but not without its intimidations. This weekly class is designed for expectant parents in the 28 to 30th week of pregnancy who have not previously taken a childbirth class. Topics taught in the course include labor process, birthing options, breathing, relaxation and labor support, newborn care, adjustment to new roles as parents and a full tour of the Family Birth Center at Maple Grove Hospital.
