Lee Salz, a Maple Grove author, sales management strategist and motivational speaker has published another book focused on methodologies that he developed over the past 25 years of his career. Hire Right, Higher Profits teaches executives how to implement sales and marketing strategies and how to develop programs to help employees utilize these strategies.
This four-year project included the help of nine editors, some of whom were subject matter experts and message communication specialists. Although the book took a number of rounds of editing, Salz certainly didn’t mind putting in the effort.
“One of my true passions is helping executives grow their businesses. Writing and speaking provide me with the venues to educate while also entertaining,” Salz says. “Learning should be fun…even for adults.”
