Last summer, Kiddiegarten found a home in a new location in Maple Grove, behind the Walmart supercenter. As a next generation early learning Montessori school and child care center, Kiddiegarten is committed to providing the best in-class and affordable early childhood education to the community. They had a grand opening ceremony in the presence of city officials and opened last summer with a capacity of 138 children from 6 weeks of age to prekindergarten. They also offer a summer camp program for school-aged children.
Owner and operations director Naveen Aggarwal says he chose the location based on the need for young childhood education in the area according to a 2015 analysis. He also says they made sure the building felt more like a school than a day care to help ease the transition as the kids enter elementary school.
