Positive feedback is a valuable asset for a business. Angie’s List, the giant consumer review site of local service professionals, gave the MaidPro of Maple Grove the Super Service Award, which only goes to those who consistently provide high-quality service and earn A-ratings from its customers. “I was really blown away,” Brent Ashley, owner of the Maple Grove business, says of the award. “It was like having validation that we were doing things right.”
Ashley trains his staff to consistently seek to meet the needs and expectations of clients, and MaidPro of Maple Grove always leaves a prepaid feedback postcard for clients to evaluate the cleaning. “By opening up that line of feedback,” Ashley says, “we interact and do what’s needed for the client to keep coming back.”
Most home-cleaning service companies have a 10 percent attrition rate, Ashley says, but his franchise branch only sees a loss of about 2-5 percent of his customers. The Maple Grove resident says the success is because of the one-on-one approach they take with their clients; it’s about being local and a part of the community.
