Holidays are a great time for gathering with friends and family. Thanksgiving was the prime moment for Brianna Fortin to spend some quality time with her niece, Greta. “That face,” Fortin says. “When I see her, the camera automatically comes out. The closer the shot, the better.”
Fortin considers herself an experienced hobbyist with her Canon T3i. She says this shot is one her favorites of Greta to date. It was a favorite shot of our judges last year as well during the 2012 Focus on Maple Grove photo contest, where the photo took second place in the People category.
