Brooke Hawley Edwards has worked for Pearle Vision since high school and throughout college when she served as a receptionist. She has since become an optician at her family’s locally owned Maple Grove Pearle Vision franchise since 2011.
Hawley was recently named one of America’s Most Influential Women in Optical by Vision Monday Magazine. She credits the business’ customer service and efforts to foster team energy. “We spend a lot of time together,” she says, in regard to their teamwork in meeting clients’ needs.
