The dog days of summer are upon us. With the sun beating down, what could be better than a gin and tonic? How about a Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle Gin with Tavernello Prosecco?
- 1 1/2 oz. Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle gin
- 3/4 oz. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
- 2 oz. Tavernello Prosecco, chilled
- Lemon twist for garnish
Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds; strain into a chilled Champagne flute, and top with Tavernello Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist.
