On January 25, girls reigned supreme as they participated in a cheerleading event at Maple Grove High School.

It’s hard to beat good old-fashioned nostalgia. Unless, of course, it is replaced by something newer, shinier, and more comprehensive like the Maple Grove skate plaza that opened in August 2013.

January kicked off the first and second grade winter house league, where kids can learn the basics of hoop-shooting and game-play, as well as essential life skills such as sportsmanship and teamwork.

chance you’ve seen one of them.

Osseo competes and Maple Grove’s dance team defends their title at the conference
tournament (for the 11th time) January 11; Maple Grove varsity jazz,
varsity kick and junior varsity dancers took first place in the Northwest
Suburban Conference.
