Sharing a meal is a great way to get into the holiday spirit. Lookout Bar & Grill owner Mike Kinnan is announcing a new menu item this season: smoked wild rice meatloaf. It’s a house blend of beef, pork, sausage, bacon and wild rice, kissed with a hint of hickory smoke and glazed with a blueberry-infused barbeque sauce. Served with homemade mashed potatoes and pan seared green beans.
“The meatloaf is part of our new fall menu. Every time we do a new menu we try to feature a couple fun new items,” Kinnan says.
