Caribou Coffee is going over the top this holiday season… with toppings! The second largest coffeehouse in the U.S. is adding a variety of toppings and flavored whips to their menu, providing 500+ new holiday drink options for customers.

Caribou has a few great drink combinations up their sleeves, but they also want to see how Minnesotans can put their own drink creation talents to the test at the Caribou Pop-Up Coffee Lab in the Rotunda of the Mall of America on Tuesday, November 15 and Wednesday, November 16. Attendees will get to make over-the-top holiday creations, capture them with the on-site Coffee Cam, and encourage to post them on social using #TopBou. Throughout the two-day event there’ll be special prizes for the most creative beverage combinations – you never know what may pop up.
