SilverCreek on Main will host its annual Longest Day fundraiser to end Alzheimer's on June 21.

Residents, staff and members of the Maple Grove Fire and Police Departments (along with other area agencies) will ride a Nu-Step Fitness Recumbent Bike for 12 hours in shifts of 15 minutes. The ride raises money for those affected by Alzheimer's. Organizers say they raised more than $7,000 last year.

The event will also feature planking world record holder Andy Steinfeldt and former Minnesota Vikings linebacker Pete Bercich.
