Seniors hit the runway with an eye for style and plenty of fun.
Maple Grove seniors participate in a fashion show providing attendees previews of fashion from local shops. Tony Repesh and Sheri Streachek participated in the 2017 show and thoroughly enjoyed it. A perk of participating is “wearing and considering buying some awesome clothing pieces,” Streachek says. Volunteer applications are being taken through June 16 for the next show. Those interested can register free of charge online though Maple Grove Parks and Recreation, in person at the community center and by mail.
The show will take place August 16. Modeling is free, attending is $12 for lunch and the show.
