Drink

This season, tickle your taste buds in the rosé created at Château Clarke, the vineyard owned by Baron Edmund de Rothschild. He and his wife Nadine have been producing wine since the 1970s. This particular rosé ($15) is a blend of Cabernet and Merlot and provides a drier wine with a fruity taste and dry finish. John Farrell, vice president for sales and merchandising for Haskell’s, suggests pairing it with a smoky chicken or bacon-wrapped scallop to complete your meal.

Listen

Osseo Senior High music teacher Steve Borgstrom, who’s been with the district for 36 years, finds himself playing and listening to music from the era he grew up in but chose to ignore at the time. “I listen to classic rock from the ‘60s and ‘70s a lot. Think Guns ‘N Roses and Metallica,” he explains. Borgstrom’s current favorite Pandora stations include Bluegrass, Classic Rock, Classical Guitar and Disney Princess Radio—though he attributes the latter to his 5-year-old daughter.

Guns ‘N Roses’ Greatest Hits is available for $9.99 online at iTunes.
