J Brothers Home Improvement Wins ACE Award

No improvement needed! J Brothers Home Improvement has once again won NARI’s Minnesota Chapter Achievement in Consumer Excellence Award (ACE). NARI is the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, and gives this honor out every year to businesses that go above and beyond their clients’ expectations. J Brothers is run by the husband and wife team of Chuck and Teri Johnson, along with a talented and customer-conscientious workforce.
    
These same customers can rate the business, on a 1-5 scale in five different categories, including quality, responsiveness, meeting deadlines, professionalism and communication. In order to qualify for the award, a business cannot score under a three in any category. What sets J Brothers apart from other businesses is, “their trust and confidence that our clients have in us, and the quality of the business,” Teri says.
