Kim Oslund has many great memories of her children playing various sports while growing up. With all of the different activities and the photos taken of them, there was never an easy way to reminisce. This led Oslund and her husband, Mike, to create an online company that allows users to create photo books, calendars and cards from their own photos.
Using the website, It’s Me Sports Photo Books, users can create two types of books: story photo books, which incorporate a story line, and free flow photo books, which allow users to write their own captions.
The company gives 20 percent of its profits back to the sports community to help disadvantaged kids receive the opportunity to play sports. This aspect of the company is incredibly important to the Oslund’s not only because of their children’s experiences with sports, but also because of Mike’s experiences as a coach.
