Mother’s Day Brunch at Rush Creek Celebrates 16th Year

Mother’s Day brunch at Rush Creek Golf Course celebrates its 16th year.
A Bloody Mary, banana bread, prime rib, salmon, a veggie omelet...you can have it all on Mother’s Day.

Rush Creek Golf Course has hosted an annual Mother’s Day brunch since 2000 and takes pride in the traditional brunch menu. To start, guests will discover a salad station offering fresh fruits and berries, yogurt, soup, a variety of cold salads, mixed greens, cheeses and crackers. Next, they can venture to the traditional breakfast station where they will find sweet caramel rolls and pastries, waffles, Rush Creek’s signature cheese blintzes, an omelet station and breakfast accompaniments such as scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage.

At the hot entrée station, guests choose from an assortment of carved meat and hot sides such as vegetables, a potato dish, fish and more. Last but certainly not least, the dessert station boasts Sebastian Joe’s ice cream alongside assorted cakes and other miniature desserts. Guests need not worry about food running low, as the stations are replenished throughout the event. Coffee is included.
