With affordable clothing, accessories and home decor, Flaunt Accessories prioritizes a unique look for women. By selling only six pieces, on average, of each item, the boutique, which opened its doors at The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes in April, allows customers to create their own unique style.
“We want it to feel like fun, fresh and flirty, but practical for your life,” says owner Melissa Hardin.
Hardin opened her first location in Minneapolis when she was a young mom. She didn’t want to continue breaking the bank at other boutiques, but also didn’t want to look like everyone else after shopping at big box stores. Because a majority of her customers are moms and women in their 30s and 40s, Hardin expanded to Maple Grove.
“It felt like the right fit since we already had existing customers in the north metro,” Hardin says. “Plus, we like the vibe of the outdoor mall and the whole atmosphere of it.”
