Come on down to Oak View Elementary School and get ready to swing your partner ‘round and ‘round. The Maple Grove Square Dancing Club offers lessons for participants of all levels of experience as it heads into its fall season.
Among the most popular classes are the “Single Circles” club lessons, which take place every Wednesday from 7–9 p.m. beginning in early September (check online for an updated start date).
“It’s such a family activity,” says Jane Simpson, member since 2002. “We include everyone ages 8 to 80. We even have a charter member who is 90 years old.”
