What began as a small fundraiser for the Maple Grove high school dance team 14 years ago has grown into one of the most anticipated events for local restaurants, businesses and the rest of the community. The Taste of Maple Grove is an opportunity to sample cuisine from close to 20 local restaurants, drink wine and craft beer from 4 to 5 distributors as well as participate in a silent auction to bid on 50-70 baskets donated by local businesses. After placing second at the state high school dance competition last year in jazz and fourth in kick, the dance team is looking forward to using the funds to help them achieve their goal of winning the state championship this year.
