Christmas comes early for the Maple Grove theatre scene. This holiday season, audiences will be treated to another year of A Hunting Shack Christmas, the smash-hit comedy from Yellow Tree Theatre. The story centers around Charlie and Jennifer who, after hitting a rough patch in their marriage, decide to head to the family hunting shack for Christmas with the hopes of rediscovering a spark. But upon arrival, they discover Charlie’s estranged uncle, Big Paul, and his mistress running an illegal underground venison jerky operation. Can Charlie and Jennifer overcome the odds to rekindle the flame? Can the whole family make amends for some Christmas cheer?
It’s a wild show filled with side-splitting comedy and lots of heart. A Hunting Shack Christmas aims to bring the whole family together this holiday season (even your weird “Uncle Paul”). The show sold out last year, so don’t delay getting your tickets for the last hot commodity of 2015.
