Audition for Tarzan

Bunce Backyard Productions will present Tarzan, the stage musical (based on the Disney film) and is holding auditions at on May 3 (from 12:30 p.m to 3:30 p.m.), and May 7 and 8 (from (6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.).

Callbacks will be held May 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Rehearsals begin May 27. Performances will take place in Dayton.)

Hamline University Theatre Presents "The Rimers of Eldritch"

Like the evil twin of Our Town, Lanford Wilson’s production finds suspense, humor and poetry in the everyday rituals of a small Midwestern town in the middle of the 20th century. When a brutal murder trial explodes the façade of small-town charm, things begin to unfold before the audience eyes to reveal the small-mindedness, hypocrisy and fear that is lurking underneath. Student Art Show

View all of the talent in District 279 and stumble across a budding Picasso or the next Monet. Students in grades K-12 will display their artwork at the Maple Grove Government Center all month long. More than 300 pieces of art will be incorporated into the show, representing all age groups and showcasing the artistic skill abundant in the district.
