Maple Grove’s holiday festivities kick off with a parade.

Join in the celebration during the fourth annual Sleigh Bells and Sparkle parade. This new fun-filled family tradition on December 7 is a perfect way to get ready for the holiday season. Local businesses have created holiday-themed lighted floats that are like an early Christmas present for children of all ages. Of course, no holiday parade is complete without an appearance by the most important couple of the season: Santa and Mrs. Claus. They will visit with children and participate in a tree-lighting ceremony outside the government center. The parade begins at 5 p.m and runs north on Main Street.
