When one loses a relative, the emotional toll of grieving is often compounded by an unexpected flood of administrative responsibilities, financial uncertainties and legal concerns. St. Louis Park-based lawyer Rich Bunin suggests that a small amount of advance planning can allay some of this burden. Educating oneself in the relevant jargon is the first step. Bunin brings over 30 years of elder law and estate planning experience, as well as several years of community education to this course, where he will explain the distinctions between executor, guardian, trustee and power of attorney and provide an open forum for questions and discussion.
