Last January, the recently opened Central Park of Maple Grove gave residents the chance to enjoy the thrill of the holiday season outdoors. One popular wintertime activity is skating at Central Park’s ice-skating loop.

This is Lucas, the 6-year-old son of Maple Grove resident Christa Adamczyk. She captured this precious moment, making time stand still for just a little longer. Lucas and Natalie, age 3, have been the primary subjects for stay-at-home mother Adamczyk’s pictures.
After living in Vermont for 10 years, Rebecca Key, a member of our Editorial Advisory Board, travels back each June to attend the Vermont Quilt Festival. She has visited the festival with longtime quilting friends for 25 years.
